Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: ناباروری در سراسر جهان و در همه فرهنگها بهعنوان یک تجربه استرسزا و بحرانی و تهدیدکننده برای ثبات فردی، زناشویی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی شناختهشده است و علاوه بر مشکلات جسمانی، با مجموعهای از علائم روانی نیز همراه شده است. هدف از پژوهش مقایسهی کیفی ازدواج پایدار رضایتمند و ازدواجهای همراه با نارضایتی در زوجهای نابارور بود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با شیوه کیفی و با استفاده از روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، مشارکتکنندگان با توجه به معیارهای ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری درنهایت 18 زوج نابارور دارای ازدواج رضایتمند و پایدار و 15 زوج نابارور در ازدواج همراه با نارضایتی مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند و دادهها با استفاده از روش کلایزی تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: ماحصل مرحلهی کدگذاری باز، رسیدن به 202 کد اولیه، 84 مقوله فرعی و 8 مقوله اصلی و یک مقولهی مرکزی بود. مقولهی مرکزی در این پژوهش ناباروری: پویشی برای تجربهی عشق اصیل و متعهدانه در ازدواج و یا نارضایتی و فروپاشی آن است. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که عوامل محافظتکننده و خطرساز مؤثر بر ازدواج پایدار رضایتمند و ازدواجهای همراه با نارضایتی در سه حیطهی عوامل درون فردی، عوامل بین فردی و زوجی و عوامل مرتبط با منظومهی خانواده تعریف شدند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، رسیدن به پذیرش ناباروری و تجربهی عشق اصیل و متعهدانه در ازدواج یا نارضایتی و فروپاشی آن، در زوجین نابارور اتفاقی نیست بلکه با انتخاب و اقدام سازنده و فعالانه و یا بهکارگیری راهبردهای غیر مؤثر ایجادشده و فرایندی است فردی، خانوادگی و تعاملی که زوجین نابارور میتوانند با تلاش آگاهانه جهت رشد و تعالی ازدواج و مراقبت از آن، همراهی، اتحاد زوجی و کسب مهارتهای زوجی و راهبردهای کارآمد در راستای سلامت و شادکامی اقدام کرده و درنهایت رضایت و پایداری در ازدواج را کسب نمایند و مانع ایجاد نارضایتی و فروپاشی ازدواجشان گردند.
Background and Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the quality of satisfactory stable marriage and dissatisfaction-associated marriages in infertile couples. Methods: This study was conducted using a qualitative method using the grounded theory method. Using purposeful sampling method, participants were selected according to inclusion criteria and finally 18 infertile couples with satisfactory and stable marriage and 15 infertile couples in marriage with dissatisfaction were interviewed semi-structured and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Results: The result of open coding was reaching 202 primary codes, 84 sub-categories and 8 main categories and one central category. The central issue in this study is infertility: a dynamic for experiencing genuine and committed love in marriage or its dissatisfaction and disintegration. Data analysis showed that protective and risk factors affecting satisfactory stable marriage and couples with dissatisfaction were defined in three areas of intrapersonal factors, interpersonal and couple factors and factors related to family system. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, achieving acceptance of infertility and the experience of genuine and committed love in marriage or its dissatisfaction and collapse is not accidental in infertile couples, but by choosing constructive and active action or using ineffective strategies created and is an individual, family and interactive process that infertile couples can make with conscious efforts to grow and transcend marriage and take care of it, companionship, couple unity and acquisition. Couple skills and efficient strategies for health and happiness and finally gain satisfaction and stability in marriage and prevent dissatisfaction and breakdown of their marriage.
