Abstract:
It has been almost 7 years since Saudi Arabia and its supporters invaded Yemen and killed civilians, especially children, and destroyed educational facilities in this country. According to the rules proposed in international law, attacking educational places as part of cultural places is a violation of humanitarian rights, including the four Geneva conventions; However, to what extent this violation has caused the international responsibility of the Saudi supporters in the international arena, and whether the international actors intervening in Yemen are responsible for the attack on educational facilities or not, based on the standards of international law, it has been examined. And since today the law of international responsibility is considered to be somehow derived from the idea of the equality of the sovereignty of states and the nature of the international law system, we are guided in this direction that the discussion of the responsibility of the third state due to assistance and assistance or in some way Having a role in committing an international illegal act is accepted in international law, therefore the Saudi supporters in destroying educational facilities have an international responsibility and should be held accountable for their illegal actions based on international mechanisms.
