Abstract:
سابقه و هدف: رشتههای مرتبط با علوم بهداشتی بهدلیل ارتباط تنگاتنگ با بهداشت و سلامت جامعه دارای حساسیتهای بالایی است. از سوی دیگر، معنویت میتواند ظرفیت ویژهای برای توسعه و ارتقای سلامت فراهم نماید. برنامۀ آموزشی معنوی تنها وسیلهای برای درک محتوای آموزشی نیست بلکه حرکتی فراتر از استدلال و شیوههای تحلیلی و اندیشهورزی است که معمولا در خلال آموزش صورت میگیرد. هدف از این پژوهش تدوین سرفصلهای پیشنهادی سلامت معنوی ویژۀ رشتههای بهداشت بود.
روش کار: مطالعۀ حاضر از نوع پژوهش در آموزش است که در سال 1400 در پنج مرحله انجام شده است. ابتدا، متون مرتبط با سلامت معنوی در علوم بهداشتی با تاکید بر آموزش سلامت معنوی مرور شد. در مرحلۀ بعد، نظر متخصصان و کارشناسان بهداشت اخذ شد و سپس گروه خبرگان متشکل از استادان مجرب رشتههای مرتبط با سلامت معنوی، روانشناسی و بهداشت جهت بررسی گویههای پیشنهادی (شامل اهداف از پیش تعیینشده) تشکیل گردید. گویههای پیشنهادشده حاصل نظرات گروه خبرگان در اختیار 15 نفر از متخصصان علوم بهداشتی و سلامت معنوی و روانشناسی قرار گرفت تا به شاخصهای مربوط به نسبت روایی محتوایی و شاخص روایی محتوایی پاسخ دهند. در پایان نتایج بهدستآمده جمعبندی و پیشنهاد شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مولفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: این مطالعه به تدوین سرفصل درس سلامت معنوی ویژۀ رشتههای علوم بهداشتی با 24 عنوان منجر شده که روایی محتوایی آنها نیز تایید شده است. عناوین فوق از لحاظ ضرورت عنوان و همچنین ارتباط عناوین انتخابشده با عنوان سرفصل سلامت معنوی در رشتههای بهداشت ارتباط قابل قبول دارد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نظر خبرگان حوزۀ سلامت معنوی و علوم بهداشتی، سرفصلهای پیشنهادشده میتواند بهعنوان راهنما در جهت تکمیل و طراحی برنامۀ آموزشی درس سلامت معنوی در رشتههای بهداشت در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی ایران استفاده شود.
Background and Objective: Fields related to health sciences have high sensitivities due to their close relationship with health and community health. On the other hand, spirituality can provide a unique capacity to develop and promote health. The spiritual education program is not only a means to understand the educational content, but it is a movement beyond reasoning and analytical methods and thinking that usually takes place during education. The purpose of this research was to compile suggested topics of spiritual health for health disciplines. Methods: The current study is a research in education that was conducted in 2021 in five stages. First, the texts related to spiritual health in health sciences were reviewed with an emphasis on spiritual health education. In the next step, the opinions of health professionals and experts were obtained. Then an expert panel consisting of experienced professors in the fields related to spiritual health, psychology, and health was formed to review the proposed items (including predetermined goals). The suggested items resulting from the expert panel comments were given to 15 health sciences, spiritual health, and psychology experts to respond to the indicators related to content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). In the end, the obtained results were summarized and suggested. In the present study, all ethical considerations were observed and the authors reported no conflict of interests. Results: This study developed the spiritual health course syllabus for health sciences majors with 24 titles, whose content validity was confirmed. The above titles were acceptable in terms of their necessity and the relationship of the selected titles with the title of spiritual health in health fields. Conclusion: According to the opinion of experts in the spiritual health and health sciences field, the proposed syllabus can be used as a guide to complete and design the curriculum of the spiritual health course in health fields in medical sciences universities of Iran.
