Abstract:
سابقه و هدف: کیفیت زندگی شغلی نقش مهمی در رفتار و مهارت کارکنان دارد و بر واکنشهای آنان تاثیرگذار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش بهزیستی معنوی و سواد سلامت در کیفیت زندگی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کارکنان دانشکدههای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بود که در زمان تحقیق تعداد 150 نفر بودند. شیوۀ نمونهگیری در این پژوهش بهصورت تصادفی ساده و حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 108 نفر تخمین زده شد. 120 پرسشنامه در میان جامعۀ آماری توزیع شد که از این تعداد 108 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید. ابزار اندازهگیری پرسشنامههای استاندارد بهزیستی معنوی پالوتزین و الیسون، سواد سلامت منتظری و همکاران و کیفیت زندگی کارکنان مدل والتون بود. بهمنظور بررسی فرضیات از معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مولفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکردهاند.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بهزیستی معنوی با ضریب مسیر 171/0 و سواد سلامت با ضریب مسیر 84/0 بر کیفیت زندگی کارکنان تاثیر معنیداری داشت.
نتیجهگیری: مدیران دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی و سازمانهای مرتبط با بهداشت و درمان در دوران سخت کرونا باید بکوشند تا با ارتقای سواد سلامت در کارکنان و جامعه، محیطی توام با آرامش و بهزیست برای منابع انسانی خود فراهم نمایند.
Background and Objective: Quality of work life plays an important role in employees' behavior and skills and affects their reactions. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of spiritual well-being and health literacy in the quality of life of the staff of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study included the staff of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, who were 150 at the time of the study. The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling and the sample size was estimated to be 108 people using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. 120 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population, of which 108 questionnaires were completed. Measurement tools used included standard questionnaires of spiritual well-being of Palutzin and Ellison, health literacy of Montazeri et al. and quality of life of employees by Walton. Structural equations were used to test the hypotheses. In the present study, all ethical considerations were observed and the authors reported no conflict of interests. Results: Research findings showed that spiritual well-being with a path coefficient of 0.171 and health literacy with a path coefficient of 0.84 have a significant effect on employees' quality of life. Conclusion: Managers of medical universities and health-related organizations in this difficult time of Corona pandemic should strive to promote a healthy environment for their human resources by promoting health literacy in staff and society.
